Qiuyang Wang has over ten years of experience in bidding and procurement and has successfully completed numerous large – scale project tenders. She actively sought potential project opportunities, expanded the bidding business, and won several projects from large companies for ZMD. Her involvement has further enhanced the level and efficiency of ZMD’s bidding work, securing more high – quality projects for the firm.

 

Qiuyang Wang is in charge of the whole – life – cycle management of ZMD’s tender projects, covering project planning, tender document preparation, bidding process organization, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation. Additionally, she has established a sound bidding management system and process. Meanwhile, she is well – versed in relevant laws, regulations, and policies to standardize bidding operations.
